- Develop and implement strategic account plans for targeted customers in the IBD sector.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals in the IBD field.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and therapeutic area discussions with healthcare providers, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date information is conveyed.
- Collaborate with internal and external cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals in handling product inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics in the CRM system.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, NHS, Pharmacy, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in IBD preferred.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations, compliance, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage collaborators.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision‑making.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet client needs and attend industry events.
- Highly motivated, results‑oriented with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self‑starting, driven, growth mindset; prior pharmaceutical experience not required.
