Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manchester City Centre | £30,000 Basic  Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £65,000-£80,000) Ready to build a career where your earning potential is genuinely uncapped? You'll have the support of a well-established marketing function, regular events and seminars generating opportunities, alongside the autonomy to develop your own territory and pipeline. The Role You'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities across the UK, engaging with business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges before introducing tailored business solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing new business opportunities within your allocated territory. Building and managing your own sales pipeline. Prospecting businesses and engaging key decision-makers through outbound activity. Following up on marketing-generated opportunities from seminars, events and campaigns. Building strong relationships with prospective clients and referral partners. Managing the full sales process from initial conversation through to closing business. Working towards individual and team revenue targets.

About You We're looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of outbound sales and has a genuine desire to build a long-term career. You'll ideally have:
Previous experience within a sales environment: B2B, B2C, Direct Sales Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A resilient, self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic. The ability to work independently whilst contributing to a successful team. Good IT and organisational skills. A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. What's on Offer? £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
