This fantastic company specialise in the HVAC sector & have over 100 employees, they are part of a much larger group of companies offering you further career progression across the group.

IN this role you will be calling an existing customer base where you will up-sell technical products & arrange maintenance contracts with existing customers. This is a fantastic role for someone keen to move into the engineering sector and who is motivated to learn & develop, all whilst earning great commission!

The Role:

* Supporting pre-exciting customers and upselling maintenance contracts

* Working as part of a small sales team, to develop, build and further customer relationships

* Full Training provided working Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm

* 2.5% Quarterly bonus based on performance alongside 5% annual bonus

The Person :

* Commercially minded & motivated, driven to exceed targets & KPIS to earn great commission

* Calm under pressure & passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience

* Looking for technical training & development within the engineering sector where you will have full training to understand the product lines & where you can progress your career long term whilst earning great commission in a supportive tea,
