Handyperson​/Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative

Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Handyperson/Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to work between two sites (High Wycombe and London Southwark). This is a hands-on role involving property maintenance across residential and commercial premises.

8am-5pm (flexibility required for early starts) 1 hr lunch break
Weekend work available if required

Duties of the Handyperson/Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative:

· Painting and decorating

· General property maintenance

· Basic gardening duties

· Plumbing repairs and maintenance

· Carpentry works

· Roofing repairs and inspections

· Clearing up and leaving all job sites clean and tidy

· Assisting with removals when required

· Using company tools and equipment responsibly

· Reporting issues and following instructions from management

Requirements of the Handyperson/Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative:

· Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

· Minimum 3 years experience in a similar handyperson / maintenance role

· Ability to work independently and manage workload

· Good time management and reliability

· Basic health & safety knowledge

· Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
