High Wycombe/Chesham – Direct Labour Operation (DLO)

12‑month fixed‑term contract covering long‑term sick leave within the business.

• Undertake plastering maintenance work unsupervised, ensuring high standards and first‑time fixes
• Carry out reactive repairs, including larger plastering tasks and rendering
• Apply and finish acoustic, insulating, and fireproofing materials
• Prepare surfaces, secure corner beads, and create decorative textures
• Install plasterboard, insulation, and vapour barriers
• Complete additional maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring a seamless service for customers

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds Part 1 & 2, NVQ2) or extensive experience in plastering
• Apprentice‑trained or at least 5 years of experience as a plasterer
• Proficiency in maintenance and repairs, particularly plastering
• Advanced knowledge of construction and health & safety regulations
• A full, valid manual driving licence
• Ability to carry out additional maintenance tasks beyond plastering
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service

• A fully equipped hybrid van, fuel card, and all necessary tools
• An electronic tablet to view job schedules and access company updates
• Work clothing, mobile phone, and tablet
• Annual salary: £39,968 per annum
