Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Handyperson/Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Operative to work between two sites (High Wycombe and London Southwark). This is a hands‑on role involving property maintenance across residential and commercial premises.
Permanent
• GBP
38k - GBP
40k per annum
• 8am-5pm (flexibility required for early starts)
• 1 hr lunch break
• Weekend work available if required
- Painting and decorating
- General property maintenance
- Basic gardening duties
- Plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Carpentry works
- Roofing repairs and inspections
- Clearing up and leaving all job sites clean and tidy
- Assisting with removals when required
- Using company tools and equipment responsibly
- Reporting issues and following instructions from management
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar handyperson / maintenance role
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Good time management and reliability
- Basic health & safety knowledge
- Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
