Gilmartins are recruiting for an experienced Plasterer (patch and some larger areas) with additional skills such as painting, mould wash, re-pointing and basic carpentry.

The ideal person will have worked in social housing previously.

We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

The job requires work and travel in High Wycombe and surrounding area (Princes Risborough, Marlow).

Properties for this well‑known Housing Association are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.

• Carry out property repairs and maintenance works - social housing
• Work to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

• Qualified to Level 2 or 3 in Plastering and able to provide certificate(s) - ideally
• CSCS card - required
• Full manual driving license - not automatic licence
• Own tools
• Experience of working in social housing
• DBS certificate

Hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with call‑outs as required once every 4 weeks. On call from Monday to Sunday, 5pm to 1am (£35-£50 per call out)
