Salary:
Up to £45,000 + Overtime + Door to Door Pay

Hours:

40 hours per week

On Call: 1 in 5 (£160 standby, OT x1.5)

Holidays: 28 days holiday + Pension + Long-term career stability

We’re now looking for an experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to join our expanding team covering Hemel / Swindon and Oxford.

You’ll be responsible for service, maintenance, and installation works across a range of commercial sites, including pubs, schools, care homes, and hotels.

• Cold Rooms
• Bottle Coolers / Under Counter Fridges / Freezers
• Ice Machines
• VRV / VRF Systems

• Service, maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Installation of new systems when required
• Fault‑finding and diagnostics on site
• Ensuring all work complies with current health and safety standards
• Providing high‑quality service and advice to customers

• ✅ NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or FGAS certification
• ✅ Proven experience with commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• ✅ Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving ability
• ✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
• ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
