CLASS 1 DRIVER

Class 1 Driver

Savanna staff Solutions are looking for a class 1 driver for our brand-new “Live TV” client in High Wycombe. This role is an agency-based role, suited to someone of a slightly older and more experienced disposition - £19.50 per hour and £22.50 after 8 hours LTD accepted.

Your daily Class 1 driver duties will consist of the following:

• Hooking and unhooking trailers and moving them in and out of a warehouse with the help of a banksman
• Liaising with team leader about duties - Mainly shunting work
• Running trailers/units to service sites for PMIs to Oxford, Essex and Hampshire
• Helping in warehouse/yard as part of the team occasionally

• Minimum 1 year on the road experience class 1 HGV
• Right to live and work in the UK
• Methodical mind and excellent Health and safety attitude
• Happy to help where required

This Class 1 driver role would suit someone who is happy to work full time where necessary but not looking for 5 days a week every week of the year. It is a great team to work with and this role will not be available long.
