The Role
As the Collection and Delivery Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of the Collection and Delivery team, ensuring that customer vehicles are collected and delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Acting as the public face of the business, you will ensure that customers receive a warm and professional service, whether at their location or on-site. You will be responsible for coordinating your team to ensure vehicle movements are smooth and well-organised, as well as managing on-site logistics and parking arrangements.
This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will also liaise closely with our customer service and operations teams to ensure timely and safe vehicle movements.
You are an experienced and well-organised individual, familiar with scheduling vehicle collections and deliveries. You have strong communication skills and are confident interacting with customers, ensuring they receive the best service possible. You are comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively while adhering to company policies and maintaining a high level of safety. Additionally, you take pride in your work, ensuring all vehicle movements are handled with care and efficiency.
A clean driving licence and experience in a similar role are essential.
