This full-time role in High Wycombe combines warehouse duties with driving cover. Based primarily in the depot, responsibilities include managing stock, preparing orders and supporting dispatch. When needed, the postholder delivers goods using 3.5T vehicles, or a 7.5T lorry where properly licensed. Working hours run Monday to Friday, with some flexibility expected. Applications are welcomed from candidates holding a C1 licence and Driver CPC, though prior experience with 3.5T vans is equally valued.

Warehouse Duties

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch and collection.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Move, organise and store stock within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised working environment.
• Label parcels and pallets and prepare courier documentation.
• Assist with customer collections and basic warehouse administration.

Driving Duties (As Required)

• Provide delivery cover using 3.5T vans and, where licensed, a 7.5T vehicle.
• Deliver goods professionally and on time to customers.
• Complete delivery paperwork and proof of delivery records accurately.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Comply with drivers' hours regulations and tachograph requirements when operating 7.5T vehicles.

Follow all warehouse and transport Health & Safety procedures. Adhere to safe manual handling practices and load security requirements. Contribute to a safe working environment for colleagues and customers.

• Full UK driving licence (Category
  
  B) with experience driving 3.5T vans.
• Previous warehouse, picking and packing, or delivery experience.
• Ability to undertake regular lifting, loading and handling of bulky items.
• Reliable and flexible approach with a positive team-focused attitude.
• Willingness to support different areas of the operation as required.

• Category C1 (7.5T) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital tachograph card.
• Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Experience completing multi-drop deliveries.
