Warehouse Operative With Counterbalance (FLT)

Location: High Wycombe, HP10

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Job Type: Permanent

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in High Wycombe (HP10), who are looking to bring in an experienced FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role in a busy warehouse environment and is looking for long-term stability with a reputable company.

As an FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative
, you will be responsible for:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods within a fast-paced warehouse
• Picking, packing, and preparing stock for dispatch
• Supporting stock control and general warehouse duties
• Carrying out occasional local deliveries using the company van

• Proven Counterbalance FLT experience (essential)
• Previous warehouse experience
• A full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
• A reliable and proactive approach to work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Permanent, full-time position
• Consistent Monday to Friday hours - no weekend work
