Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative
Location: High Wycombe (On-site)
Salary: £25,500 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
We are recruiting for a Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team. This role involves goods receiving, order picking and packing, inventory management, and the safe operation of warehouse equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods.
- Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately.
- Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts to move and organise stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
- Valid Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences are essential.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-focused approach.
