- Rotating weekly shifts: 5:45am to 2:00pm, 1:45pm to 10:00pm

As a Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods, maintaining warehouse standards, and supporting production operations.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate Counterbalance and/or Pivot Forklift Trucks
- Move raw materials and finished products throughout the site
- Ensure accurate booking-in and despatch of goods
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient operations
- Uphold quality standards and site procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Undertake additional duties as required to support business objectives
- Valid Counterbalance or Pivot Forklift Licence
- Good spoken and written English
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to lift and move items up to 25kg
- Comfortable standing and working throughout a shift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- COSHH training
- Knowledge of food hygiene and food handling practices
- Experience working with HACCP procedures
- Understanding of safety practices within a food manufacturing environment
