Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a focused care team to support residents with their personal care needs, always respecting their dignity and promoting independence. You will help maintain high standards of care and assist with day-to-day activities within the home.

Reporting to:
Nurse / Senior Support Worker

• Caring and patient approach
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Previous care experience preferred (not essential)
