Toddler Whisperer (a.k.a. Toddler Teacher)!

Are you fluent in baby babble, a pro at snack negotiations, and known for your epic dance moves at circle time? We’re on the lookout for a magical human who can guide our tiniest explorers through their days with love, laughter, and maybe a little glitter.

Your Mission (should you choose to accept it):

Turn tears into giggles. Lead adventures in imaginary jungles, kitchens, and outer space. Build towers, then celebrate when they get knocked over. Rock lullabies like a headliner. Teach kindness, sharing, and potty etiquette.

Qualifications and requirements are described below. The role emphasizes a nurturing, energetic, and growth-oriented approach to early childhood education.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily activities and implement developmentally appropriate curricula.
  • Guide toddlers through play, exploration, and structured routines.
  • Foster social-emotional development, kindness, sharing, and potty etiquette.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team and caregivers to support each child’s growth.
  • Engage children with creative activities and age-appropriate learning experiences.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred, but not required.
  • Relevant certifications (CDA, CPR/First Aid, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members.
  • Patience and a heart for nurturing children; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in the course of caring for children.
