PRN Physical Therapist (PT)

Saber Healthcare Group is looking for a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility. Your role will help residents regain independence and achieve therapy and medical goals.

The primary function is to restore patients' functional ability and facilitate the achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals within a SNF setting. You will instruct patients in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education, independent exercise programs, and appropriate activity modification.

• Return patients to optimal physical function.
• Implement therapy plans to meet patient, physician, and therapy goals.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and activity modifications.
• Document therapy sessions and progress in the electronic health record.

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Active, unencumbered state license.
• Basic computer skills including navigation of service delivery and EHR software.

• PRN opportunities.
