Overview
Real Estate Transaction Manager - Highland Heights, OH. The role focuses on coordinating corporate real estate negotiations and leading all aspects of transactions to meet the operational requirements of the organization. You will advocate for the business’s best interests in all deals, including renewals, relocations, expansions, new office identification, terminations, and buy-out negotiations. Ensure the real estate strategy aligns with business goals and delivers value across the organization.
Responsibilities- Coordinate corporate real estate negotiations and lead all aspects of transactions to meet operational requirements.
- Advocate for the business’s best interests in all deals, including renewals, relocations, expansions, new office identification, terminations, and buy-out negotiations.
- Ensure real estate strategy aligns with business goals and delivers value across the organization.
- Must-have qualifications: A minimum of five years experience negotiating leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate contracts in a corporate real estate related environment or commercial real estate brokerage.
- OR Bachelor’s degree or higher and minimum of two years of experience negotiating leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate contracts in a corporate real estate related environment or commercial real estate brokerage.
- Solid understanding of the real estate industry with the ability to analyze and respond to market trends.
- Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting lease documents, including understanding the implications of lease clauses.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating office space leases.
- Proficiency in compiling detailed financial analyses of properties and site comparisons.
$79,200 - $105,600/year
Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
