• Valid Illinois PEL with Early Childhood (EC) endorsement
• Experience supporting students in inclusive and/or co-taught classroom settings
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers and support staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment for all learners

• Support instruction in inclusive/co-taught classrooms
  , where students with and without IEPs learn together
• Implement appropriate accommodations and modifications to promote full access to instruction
• Collaborate with classroom teams to plan and deliver developmentally appropriate instruction
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Help create a supportive classroom culture that promotes social interaction and positive behavior
• Communicate regularly with families and support staff regarding student development
