Highland Park, IL.
$22–$24/hr | $770–$840/week. AB Staffing Solutions is hiring licensed Paraprofessionals to support students in local schools for the 25/26 school year.
Quick Details- Full-time: 35–40 hours/week.
- Contract follows the school district calendar.
- Placement matched to your experience and preference.
- Supportive recruiting team throughout the assignment.
- Support students 1:1 or in small groups.
- Assist teachers with lesson activities and classroom routines.
- Help implement behavior and support plans.
- Observe and document student progress.
- Prepare materials and maintain an organized classroom.
- Assist with basic clerical tasks as needed.
- Illinois Paraprofessional License (ELS – Paraprofessional).
- Experience with preschool or school-aged children.
- Special education experience preferred.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to multitask in a classroom setting.
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods;
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs (up to 40 lbs infrequently).
- 20+ years in educational staffing.
