Aesthetic Beauty Lounge is seeking a licensed Medical Esthetician to join our growing, patient-focused medical aesthetics practice. This role is ideal for an esthetician who is passionate about advanced skincare treatments, results-driven protocols, and delivering an elevated patient experience in a luxury medical spa environment.

You will work with medical providers and aesthetic injectors while building long-term relationships with patients through customized treatment plans and education.

• Perform advanced esthetic treatments, including:
  Medical-grade facials, Chemical peels, Laser Treatments, Acne and anti-aging treatments
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and skincare regimens
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care
• Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient charts
• Adhere to all clinical, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Collaborate with the medical and aesthetic team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Uphold the brand’s luxury service standards and patient experience

• Active Illinois Esthetician License (required)
• Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting (3‑5 years)
• Strong understanding of medical-grade skincare and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in retail and treatment recommendations
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and patient care
