What you will do:Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
- Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
- Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
- Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
- Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience
- License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- Education: BSN degree preferred
- Certification: BLS/CPR certification through AHA/ARC required
- Experience: 1-year current hospital nursing experience required, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNS, TNCC, ECRN
