Position Highlights:

Registered Nurse - Labor and delivery and Post-Partum - Location:
Highland Park, IL - Full Time/Part Time:
Full time, 36 hours per week - Hours:
1900--0730, with weekend rotation - On Call: per unit requirements 12 hours per 6 week schedule
- Required Travel:
Float to Post-Partum Evanston Hospital
- Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the Pediatric Unit
- Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
- Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
- Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
- Education:
Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
- Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
- License:
Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required - Experience:
1 year of acute care nursing experience or 1 year labor and delivery/post-partum experience preferred - Unique or Preferred
