Reporting to the Vice President of Operations
, this is a senior leadership role responsible for improving and developing the company's end-to-end supply chain
, covering procurement, production, inventory, forecasting, logistics and distribution.
- 5+ years' supply chain management experience
, ideally within alcohol, beverages or CPG - Proven people management experience with direct reports
- Strong experience across procurement, inventory, forecasting, replenishment and logistics
- Advanced Excel
, including VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables and macros - Strong background in process optimisation, continuous improvement and cost reduction
- Experience of supplier negotiation and vendor management
- Strong project management, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Business or related field
- Developing and improving end-to-end supply chain strategy and processes
- Managing procurement, production, inventory, forecasting and distribution initiatives
- Leading and developing direct reports
- Improving demand forecasting, replenishment and stock levels
- Managing supplier pricing, negotiations and service performance
- Using data and KPIs to drive operational improvements
- Managing cross-functional supply chain projects and mitigating operational risks
- Supporting raw material R&D and procurement
- Driving Net Suite implementation and process optimisation
- Partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Operations and senior leadership
