As a Branch Manager, you will manage all facets of branch sales, service, and operations, lead the team to meet budgeted production goals, acquire new consumer and business customers, initiate partner referrals, and deepen all existing customer relationships.
You will also be responsible for consistent business development and calling programs.
- Managing the portfolio of high‑value consumer and business customers and leading the referral process to other bank areas.
- Leading a team to provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
- Leveraging available tools and technology to identify and present sales and service opportunities.
- Maintaining knowledge and educating the team on all products, services, technology, and policies.
- Actively involving yourself in the community and developing key business and community relationships.
- Developing key internal partnerships to drive business in the market area.
- Overseeing recruitment and hiring to ensure the branch is staffed with suitable colleagues.
- Garnering resources required to support the team.
- Managing overall branch operations and ensuring adherence to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Understanding branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
- Demonstrating acumen in banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, colleague development, communication, and presentation.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 1 year in a goal‑driven retail sales leadership role, or a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Bachelor's Degree and previous management experience.
- Ability to understand, drive, and lead branch sales, service, operations and financial performance within the branch and digital channels.
- Demonstrated acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, and sales leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
- Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
- Ability to develop, influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to increase retention.
Exempt Status: Yes (not eligible for overtime pay)

Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. We’re combining the best of both worlds: in‑office and work‑from‑home. Remote roles will also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for moments that matter. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.
Compensation Range: $75,000 – $100,000 Annual Salary. This range represents the low and high end of the base compensation for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Eligible participants may also receive incentive compensation and participate in benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, and more.
