Position: RN - ICU
Location: Highland Park, IL
Work Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours/week, 7am-7:30pm with rotating weekends
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations in the ICU
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of practice
- Take responsibility and accountability for nursing outcomes
- Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing staff in patient care delivery
- Contribute to safety and quality patient experiences
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois
- Preferred BSN degree
- BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers
- At least 1 year of hospital nursing experience preferred
