Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery​/Postpartum – Night Shift

Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery and Post-Partum, providing safe, effective, and compassionate care.

• Independently deliver patient-centered nursing care in the LDRP setting.
• Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
• Supervise and coordinate assigned unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences.

• Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current IL nursing license and BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association).
• At least 1 year of acute care or labor and delivery/post-partum experience (preferred).
• Experience in labor and delivery or postpartum nursing is highly desirable.

Full-time position with 36 hours/week, includes on-call duties and weekend rotation. Travel to float to Post-Partum Evanston Hospital is required. Compensation ranges from $37.25 to $57.74 per hour, based on experience.
