Customer Sales Representative

• Pay range: $16–20 per hour with sales bonuses

• Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
• Recommend/sell moving services, products, supplies, equipment, and other value‑added services based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
• Input information into internal move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves
• Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals
• Obtain customer feedback through follow‑up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns
• Prepare move‑related paperwork and documents
• Utilize your sales expertise to secure critical sales
• Continually maintain a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions to communicate benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and effectively oppose any customer objections
• All other duties as assigned

• Must be local and willing to commute to the Highland Park office
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
• Accurate, consistent attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to multi‑task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone
• Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
• Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
• Basic computer/keyboarding skills
• Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core Values
• Must be willing to submit to a pre‑employment drug test and background check
