This is a part-time position focused initially on coaching and leadership. After a successful one-season trial (2-3 months), leading classes and learning our program, you could earn a full-time promotion with salary and benefits as our new Program Coordinator. In this role, you'll help grow and maintain our youth soccer program while making a positive impact on children's lives.

The Job:

• Coach & Promote the Program:
  Conduct fun, positive classes following the weekly curriculum
• Coordinate & Manage Class
  
  Schedule:
  
  Oversee scheduling, coach assignments, and daily operations
• Sales & Outreach:
  Visit schools, childcare centers, and parks to promote and create partnerships
• Communication:
  Serve as the main contact for parents, administrators, and coaches
• Assist with Program Growth:
  Support marketing strategies and spread awareness

Who You Are:

• Love working with children aged 2-8:
  Be fun, energetic, and engaging; prior experience is a plus
• Open & flexible availability:
  Classes on weekdays mornings (9-11:30 am), afternoons (3-5 pm), and weekends (9 am-noon)
• Great communicator & leader:
  From parent communication to leading classes, take pride in making a difference
• Passionate about youth development & soccer:
  Experienced youth sports coaches and soccer players preferred
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license:
  Willing to drive across Lake County

Service Areas:

Childcare centers and park districts in Lake County, IL, including Highwood, Highland Park, Deerfield, Lake Forest, Vernon Hills, Libertyville, Mundelein, Grayslake, Hawthorn Woods, Buffalo Grove, Lake Zurich, Gurnee, and Wauconda.
