In this seasonal role, you will help clients with their tax needs, match them with the right professional, schedule appointments, and ensure a welcoming experience both in person and virtually.

• Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients as requested
• Ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience (optional)
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi‑task
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
