Qualfon is hiring experienced Call Center Professionals ready to build a long‑term insurance career.

Start with our paid Pre‑Licensing Training Program and earn your Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance License. After passing the state exam, move into a full‑time Licensed Insurance Professional role with higher pay.

• Support customers by phone and email with quotes, new policies, billing inquiries, underwriting questions, and policy changes.
• Process insurance transactions such as endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Provide great service (no cold calling).

• Call center or customer service experience
