  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering questions, addressing concerns, and explaining park rules.
  • Conduct routine rounds of the campground and park grounds to monitor activities and ensure compliance with park regulations.
  • Coordinate with the Camp Host and Parks staff to identify maintenance needs and address concerns involving park facilities.
  • Inspect park facilities, assist with minor upkeep, and report safety or maintenance concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and monitor supplies and equipment.
  • Respond appropriately to park-related concerns and contact emergency personnel when necessary.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to supervise employees, address visitor concerns, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to use computer software for reservations and reporting.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform light physical tasks.
