Hair Stylist

TEEZ Hair Studio is looking for a passionate, motivated, and team-oriented Full-Time Hair Stylist to join our award-winning salon team!

We're searching for a stylist who loves creating beautiful hair, building lasting client relationships, and taking ownership of their professional growth. Our ideal candidate is someone who is excited to grow a loyal clientele, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and contribute to a positive, supportive salon environment.

At TEEZ, we believe that being a successful stylist goes beyond technical skills. It's about building trust, educating guests, recommending services and products that meet their needs, and working together as a team to create an outstanding salon experience.

Client Experience & Clientele Growth

• Actively build and maintain a loyal, growing clientele through exceptional service, client retention, referrals, and rebooking.
• Deliver personalized consultations to understand each guest's hair goals, lifestyle, and maintenance needs.
• Take ownership of your schedule, productivity, and professional growth.
• Create memorable guest experiences that encourage long-term relationships.

Professional Recommendations & Guest Education

• Confidently recommend professional service add-ons and treatments that enhance the guest's results and overall hair health.
• Educate guests on professional take-home hair care products and provide personalized recommendations to maintain their results between visits.
• Approach retail and service recommendations as an essential part of the guest experience, never as high-pressure sales.
• Stay knowledgeable about salon services, professional products, and current industry trends.

Teamwork & Salon Culture

• Be a dependable, positive, and supportive team player.
• Collaborate with fellow stylists, assistants, and front desk staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Contribute to a professional, welcoming, and inclusive salon environment.
• Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and salon initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist with shared salon responsibilities.

Professional Development & Performance

• Set and work toward measurable goals for clientele growth, client retention, rebooking, retail recommendations, and service productivity.
• Be open to coaching, feedback, and ongoing professional development.
• Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
• Stay committed to improving technical skills, consultation techniques, and overall business performance.

• Active Texas Cosmetology License.
• Strong technical skills in haircutting, coloring, styling, and other salon services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable making professional service and take-home product recommendations.
• Motivated to build and maintain a successful clientele.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to a full-time schedule.
• Positive attitude and a team-first mentality.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and embrace ongoing education.

• An established, award-winning salon with a strong reputation in the community.
• A supportive, team-focused environment.
• Opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
• A structured stylist level system with opportunities for career advancement.
• Coaching, performance goals, and opportunities to grow your income.
• A professional salon environment focused on quality service and long-term success.

If you're a talented stylist who is passionate about your craft, committed to growing your business, and believes that teamwork and guest education are essential to success, we'd love to meet you!
