Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Technician you'll complete daily service requests from current tenants as well as repair and update apartments for future tenants, while maintaining professional customer contact and open lines of communication.
The ideal candidate will have experience in electric, plumbing, dry wall repair and residential painting, groundskeeping and all maintenance trouble shooting ability.
