Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation seeks a Lead Food & Beverage Attendant to direct FOH activities, oversee the host stand, POS tasks, and dining room operations. You will train and support staff while ensuring best-in-class guest service aligned with Yaamava’ Brand standards.
The role coordinates with FOH and Culinary teams, maintains inventory accuracy, and supports responsible beverage service where applicable. This is a full-time, on-site position in a casino/resort setting.
