Responsibilities
  • Is accountable for all Front of House (FOH) team members assigned to the venue(s), implementing training programs that align with Yaamava’s brand standards and maintaining overall product knowledge.
  • Ensures optimal operations during business hours by closely monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving complaints. Directs development and administration of controls for all FOH operations in an economical, profitable manner while maintaining brand standards.
  • Manages assigned venue(s) to meet revenue, food cost, expense, headcount, and profit goals. Provides monthly variance analysis and implements action plans to align with budget forecasts.
  • Collaborates with the assigned venue Chef to oversee food costs, ensuring menu items remain attractive to customers and presentations meet brand standards.
  • Maintains accurate inventory of all china, glassware, cutlery, etc., ensuring supplies are always on hand and minimizing replacement costs.
  • Oversees venue cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment maintenance, ensuring compliance with established codes and maintenance schedules.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support efficient departmental operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, rewarding, disciplining employees, and managing complaints. Designs individual development plans with succession planning in mind for all key roles.

Education, Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, Business or related field required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant or related hospitality experience required.
  • Bar experience is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience required.
  • Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel and Word preferably.
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills, able to collaborate and motivate others.
  • Effective communication of change, overcoming resistance and building commitment.
  • Ability to delegate, multi‑task, lead, and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Read, write and communicate fluently in English.
  • Performs basic mathematical operations.
  • Provides friendly, efficient service to guests and team members, addressing needs and resolving issues.
  • Communicates clearly with guests and team members.
  • Works under pressure, staying calm during busy periods.
Required Licenses, Certifications and Registrations
  • May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license at the discretion ofווה Sănyā.
  • Must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification.
  • Must obtain and maintain Serv Safe certification.
  • Must possess a  driving license and insurance with liability limits for commuting between locations.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions – Environment
  • Primary work environment is climate‑controlled casino & resort setting.
  • Travel required for meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Work may include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Maneuvers optical holdings up to 10 pounds when necessary; may lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
  • Sedentary work with frequent computer use.
  • Includes standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
  • Requires adequate hearing, speech, and visual acuity for tasks such as data analysis and computer use.
  • Makes safe movement in office and vehicle environments for promotional events.
  • Endurance sufficient to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods.
  • Maintains neat, clean, and well‑groomed appearance per policy.
  • May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, including secondhand smoke.
