Overview
Join to apply for the Entry-Level Sales Apprenticeship (Leadership Track) (Highland) role at Forge Marketing
.
This range is provided by Forge Marketing. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Who this is forThis role is for early-career people who want a long-term sales path, not just a summer job. You might be coming from retail, fast food, serving, warehouse/blue-collar work, customer service, or you skipped/left college and want a real career. You start with an intensive Summer 2026 ramp (6 days/week, in-person, door-to-door). If you hit expectations and like the work, this continues as an ongoing, quota-carrying sales role with a clear leadership track, not an internship.
This is not a chill job. It’s long hours, outdoors, talking to strangers and hearing “no” a lot. If that turns you off, don’t apply.
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our pest control services
- Use a proven script to present, handle objections, and close new customers
- Work 6 days per week during the summer ramp, typically 8-10 hours per day, mostly on your feet and outdoors
- Attend daily morning training and role-plays with your team lead
- After ramp: run your own territory as an ongoing rep, hitting weekly and monthly sales quotas
- Track your activity and results like a business: doors, conversations, closes, revenue, and commissions
This role is designed as a starting point in a sales career, not a one-off summer.
New Rep – learn the system, hit ramp quotas, prove you can produce and show up
Senior Rep – higher personal production targets, help shadow/train new hires
Team Lead – run morning trainings, coach a small team, and earn overrides on your reps’ sales
We want people who are excited about staying on and moving up if the fit is right.
Requirements (read Before Applying)- At least 18 by May 1 and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

- Can’t relocate or live with teammates
- Only want a short-term internship or side gig
Click “Apply” and answer the questions attached to the application:
