• Ensure the plant is fully operational during normal working hours.
• Coordinate with the Director of Manufacturing on hiring, corrective actions, and performance reviews.
• Manage, train, and develop all employees assigned to the GCT Plant.
• Become a qualified tester in all departments to fill in when needed.
• Schedule and communicate production responsibilities for testing and fuel gas filling.
• Implement and monitor all required DOT, OSHA and FDA regulations while maintaining proper documentation.
• Coordinate shipments to and from customers.
• Enter customer orders and assist with billing as needed.
• Maintain propane and propylene inventory control.
• Communicate with the Director of Manufacturing regarding production schedule and daily activities.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and monitor employees to ensure work is performed safely.
• Communicate with the Maintenance Department for any building or equipment repairs as needed.
• Complete monthly cycle counts and maintain proper inventory levels for production items.
• Ensure A/R is within the expected parameters.
• Comply with all administrative guidelines for completing required reports in a timely manner.
• Attend and participate in company meetings or meetings on behalf of the company as needed.
• Follow and enforce all safety guidelines and requirements including proper personal protective equipment for employees and visitors.
• Adhere to the CK Core Values through behavior and words.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in management or similar field, or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to work independently and establish efficient work schedules.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Logical and analytical reasoning ability for operational decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to delegate and monitor tasks to completion.
• Willingness to provide feedback and corrective action to employees as needed.
• Desire to continually learn new skills and grow as a manager.
• Effective and professional communication while leading all levels of the organization.
• Identify workflow discrepancies, errors or problems and take needed corrective action.
• Vision is correctable to within normal range for completion of reports.
• Must possess the ability to move or lift products and materials of varied sizes and weights, sometimes in excess of 75 pounds.
• Capable of working in diverse and often times unpleasant weather conditions.
• Position requires bending, stooping, lifting, and climbing.
• Must have ability to operate all necessary equipment.

• All seasons of outdoor weather conditions while performing non-driving duties.
• Work in noisy, loud conditions, that at times will require PPE.
• Transport and transfer hazardous materials including but not limited to Liquid CO2.

All proper safety equipment must be worn according to company policies and regulations including safety glasses, safety boots, and ear protection.
