Machine Operator I – 3rd Shift
Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Machine Operator I for our Highland, IL facility. Core hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Salary is $24.87 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential. Salary information is a general guideline only; final pay is based on individual qualifications.

What You’ll Do- Read blueprints and shop orders, use calipers, squares, and tape measure for checking dimensions.
- Operate and set up production machinery.
- Ensure safety, quality, production quotas, and document product movement and confirmations.
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
- Eaton does not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
- No relocation benefit; candidates must live within 50 miles of Highland, IL (active‑duty military exempt).
- Experience setting up and running production machinery, operating presses, press brakes, un‑coilers, cradle lines.
- Physical ability to push/pull dies and position full tubs for production access.
- Can move, position, or lift items weighing 10–50 lbs, with or without accommodation. Available for overtime.
