General Manager

You will be the face, heartbeat, and standard‑setter for The Sweet Spot in the Highland community. This is not a “keep the lights on” role. You are responsible for growing the business, elevating the experience, and owning day‑to‑day operations as if the shop were your own. You’ll run the store end‑to‑end, including:

• Opening and closing the shop and running the counter
• Scheduling, coaching, and managing part‑time associates
• Inventory management, merchandising, and cleanliness
• Building genuine customer relationships and local partnerships
• Engaging with the community and representing The Sweet Spot beyond the four walls
• Spotting problems, proposing improvements, and executing solutions

You’ll become a true expert in our products and programs, actively collecting customer feedback and turning insights into action. Above all, you’ll create a happy, fun, welcoming, and unexpectedly exceptional experience every single day.
