• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip, submit DOT inspection report.
• Inspect bill of lading, store keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery.
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying commercial driving regulations and skills in maneuvering vehicle on the road and customer premises.
• Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload trailer and deliver product into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL‑A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely.

• Pay Rate:
  Drivers make $80,000 to $90,000; experienced drivers can make $100K plus.
• Referral bonus $3,000.
• Pay Structure:
  Hourly, Miles, Stops, and Cases.

• Paid holidays: vacation and sick leave accrue from day one.
