Compensation

Earn $20-$30+ per hour, including hourly pay, tips, and commission
Commission on retail products and hot tools

What You’ll Do

Create beautiful blowouts and styles using Drybar’s signature techniques
Provide thoughtful consultations and an exceptional guest experience
Work toward completing blowouts within Drybar’s 45-minute service standard
Recommend products and hot tools to help guests recreate their styles at home
Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for each guest
Support your teammates and help maintain a smooth salon flow

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is

Currently licensed in cosmetology
Confident in their blowout and styling skills
Reliable, dependable, and punctual
Comfortable working in a busy salon environment
Passionate about styling and guest service
Positive, team-focused, and eager to learn

Current Scheduling Needs

Monday

Shifts:

900 AM-500 PM
Tuesday

Shifts:

1100 AM-700 PM
Sunday

Shifts:

900 AM-400 PM

Availability Requirements

Must be available to work at least 2-3 shifts per week, including every other Saturday at minimum.
