We are looking for a senior leader to steer our pediatric ABA department and guide future expansions. This role holds a valuable seat at our leadership table and is expected to drive outcomes, lead through change, and represent the organization with credibility across internal teams and external partners.
Leadership Seat Expectations Change & Growth Management- Lead department‑level change initiatives with clarity and consistency.
- Support program expansion, service line development, and scalability.
- Manage growth in a way that protects quality, culture, and team engagement.
- Own department‑level financial performance, productivity benchmarks, and utilization targets.
- Monitor scorecard KPIs and outcomes, taking quick and decisive action when performance trends fall below expectations.
- Partner with operations and finance to support sustainable growth and resource planning.
- Serve as a senior leader and point of contact for school districts, hospitals, and contracted partners.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships grounded in trust and mutual accountability.
- Ensure service delivery meets partner expectations while aligning with Milestone Therapy standards.
- Lead, manage, and hold staff accountable to performance and professional expectations.
- Address performance concerns directly and respectfully through coaching and corrective action when necessary.
- Foster a team culture that values responsibility, collaboration, and is rooted in trust.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, departmental standards, and contracted stakeholder site requirements.
- Maintain ethical, regulatory, and payer compliance across all behavioral services.
- Proactively identify and address clinical, operational, and compliance risks using data and evidence‑based practices.
- BCBA credential is required.
- Licensure as a BCBA in IL is required (or willingness to obtain).
- At least five years of clinical therapy experience combined with departmental management experience, or a master’s, bachelor’s, or associate’s degree in business administration/management‑related field.
- Demonstrated success managing teams, performance metrics, and compliance to hit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Strong communicator capable of leading, balancing scorecard metrics and empathy.
