Pay- The starting pay is $14.40 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (subject to location).
- After 6 months the pay rate increases to $15.20.
- After 1 year it increases to $16.00.

This route will service the following retail locations:
- 10451 INDIANAPOLIS BLVD, HIGHLAND, IN,
- 10335 INDIANAPOLIS BLVD, UNIT 8, HIGHLAND, IN,
- 10429 INDIANAPOLIS BLVD, HIGHLAND, IN, 46322
- 900 E MAIN ST, GRIFFITH, IN, 46319
Weekly average hours: 5 hours per week, increasing to an average of 15 hours around holidays.
Primary Responsibilities- Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders, displaying product within greeting card departments and other retail locations, maintaining an organized backroom, and other inventory tasks as needed.
- Communicate with management regarding questions or concerns about service or schedules.
- Work in a fast‑paced retail environment using effective time‑management and organizational skills.
- Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime hours.
- Availability for additional working days and extended hours leading up to and following major holidays.
- Provide occasional assistance with store resets, including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as requested.
- Review and plan your weekly service schedule and workload using the company‑issued tablet.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
You will be working on the sales floor and in the back stockroom. Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise. No experience necessary – we will train you.
Qualifications- 18 years or older.
- Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Reliable transportation – most routes have multiple retail locations.
- Reliable internet access for job information and updates.
- Technological competency – able to use a company‑provided tablet.
- Availability for occasional weekends and mornings/afternoons before and after major holidays.
The role requires lifting, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, stooping, squatting throughout the day. A step‑stool may be used.
