Thomas KIA in Highland, Indiana, is seeking a Sales Support Representative. This hybrid role combines the communication strengths of a BDC (Business Development Center) representative with the customer‑facing impact of a Sales Associate. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
- Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, and financing options
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, and warranty information
- Maintain follow‑up communication with potential and existing customers
- Track customer interactions and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Stay informed about current vehicle inventory, incentives, and promotions
- Assist with dealership marketing campaigns and outreach efforts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Happy, friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service focus
- Competitive drive with strong sales and negotiation ability
- Organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask
- Experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a major plus!
