Thomas KIA in Highland, Indiana, is seeking a Sales Support Representative. This hybrid role combines the communication strengths of a BDC (Business Development Center) representative with the customer‑facing impact of a Sales Associate. Your Role
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, and financing options
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and warranty information
  • Maintain follow‑up communication with potential and existing customers
  • Track customer interactions and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Stay informed about current vehicle inventory, incentives, and promotions
  • Assist with dealership marketing campaigns and outreach efforts
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Happy, friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service focus
  • Competitive drive with strong sales and negotiation ability
  • Organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Experience in automotive sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a major plus!
