Part-Time 1-3 days a week, every other weekend 4:30pm-7:30pm  Pay Rate: $11.25 / hour

* Job Summary:

** The Server is responsible for making the residents’ dining experience pleasant and positive by providing the highest-quality dining service that considers resident preferences and exceptional customer service, while maintaining dining areas, seating residents, and serving meals.

* Duties & Responsibilities:

*** Deliver exceptional dining service by taking accurate food orders and serving appetizing and visually appealing meals to residents, family members, and guests in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
* Uphold a high standard of table etiquette by serving from the left, clearing dishes between courses, and resetting tables for subsequent service to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
* Engage with residents in a friendly and courteous manner, assisting with their meal and menu selections, and attending to their dining needs, as necessary or requested.
* Review and adhere to residents' dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences as outlined by the Supervisor and in their care plan.
* Track resident meal attendance and communicate with the designated team members in a timely manner for a safety check on absent residents.
* Create a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring all residents are properly and promptly greeted and seated, with special attention given to integrating new residents.
* Deliver meals to and retrieve trays from residents’ rooms after meal service, as required, for those who opt for room service.
