Lucy's Pest Control is building a door-to-door sales team in Highland, Lehi, and the surrounding neighborhoods. Every homeowner wants a pest-free home, and our job is to show them how easy it is to get one. You'll knock doors, have real conversations, and sign up new customers. We'll teach you how.

• Uncapped, commission-only pay. There's no hourly base and no ceiling. You earn competitive commission on every account you sell, plus performance bonuses.

• Training provided. We'll coach you on our services, pitch, objection handling, and closing. You don't need a sales resume or a pest control license.

• Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods and introduce Lucy's Pest Control to homeowners.
• Learn what's bugging each homeowner and explain how our service helps.
• Present our plans, sign up new customers, and follow up with interested prospects.
• Keep accurate records of your leads and sales.
• Represent Lucy's professionally and work toward your sales goals.

This is commission-only sales, not a clock-in, clock-out hourly job. You'll hear  no  and you'll have tough days. The reps who keep showing up, learning, and improving are the ones who earn the most.
