Assistant Finance & Operations Coordinator
The Performing Arts Academy is currently hiring an experienced assistant finance and operations coordinator. Local hires only; no housing or transportation available from PAA.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage deposit data entry into Quick Books, including accounts receivables.
- Assist the Finance & Operations Manager with managing accounts payable.
- Assist the Finance & Operations Manager with financial filing both digital and physical.
- Coordinate and assist in managing ticket sales for performances as needed.
- Other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Quick Books Online proficiency.
- Excel proficiency.
This is a part‑time, hourly staff position with an average of up to 20 hours per week. Rate starts at $19/hr based on experience and qualifications.
