Our Insurance Customer Service Representative role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences. You will support clients with policy updates, account questions, coverage explanations, and scheduling needs. The work environment is supportive, professional, and designed to help you succeed.

  • Base pay is $20-25 an hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Process customer policy changes accurately and promptly
  • Greet all customers in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Build strong relationships and deliver reliable follow up
  • Maintain client communication through calls and service outreach
  • Track and order office supplies as needed
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team
Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty license required
  • Life and Health license required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong writing skills
  • Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
