Cherry Hills Christian School is seeking a Christ-centered, passionate, and collaborative Lower School Teacher who will joyfully partner in our commitment to prepare students to live fully for God. • Create a Christ-centered, nurturing classroom environment that fosters spiritual growth, academic curiosity
  , and student engagement
• Design and deliver differentiated, developmentally appropriate lessons that align with CHCS’s academic standards and biblical worldview integration
• Assess and monitor student progress, using data to inform instruction and support individual learning needs
• Maintain consistent and meaningful communication with parents, partnering with them in both the academic and spiritual development of their children
• Collaborate regularly with teammates and school leadership to support a unified, mission-aligned learning community
• Participate fully in school events, professional development, and discipleship opportunities
• Uphold high standards of classroom management that reflect grace, consistency, and biblical principles

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field (master’s preferred)
• Current teaching certification or willingness to pursue certification
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills
• Experience integrating a biblical worldview into curriculum and classroom culture

• Demonstrated ability to build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance instruction
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and improve professionally

• Experience in Christian or independent school education
• Familiarity with curriculum development and instructional best practices for early childhood and elementary grades
• Coaching, extracurricular leadership, or missions involvement
